This policy explains what information is collected when you use this website (yijiastone.top), how it is used, and the choices you have. The site is operated by Lianjiang Yijia Stone Co., Ltd. ("we", "us").
1. Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the enquiry form, the details you enter — name, email address, country, product interest and your message — are used to prepare your quotation and reply to you.
Note that the enquiry form does not send data to a server on this website. It composes a message inside WhatsApp, and the message is transmitted only when you press send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy policy then applies to that conversation.
2. Technical information
Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors, and we do not sell or share them.
This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the font files are requested. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are set by us.
3. How we use your information
- To answer your enquiry and provide quotations, samples or technical information.
- To prepare order documents, shipping papers and invoices if you become a customer.
- To meet legal, tax and customs obligations that apply to export sales.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is necessary to fulfil your order — for example with a freight forwarder or courier to ship samples — or where we are legally required to do so.
